How I Help Project Leaders and Teams

Consulting, Speaking and Project Performance Coaching

With vast knowledge and experience managing complex projects, I love nothing better than sharing what I have learned with those who are eager to expand their project leadership capabilities. If this sounds like you, we need to connect.

I have 20+ years’ hard-earned professional experience combined with substantial formal education (a doctoral degree and two masters degrees) studying project leadership, success and failures. Here are four ways you can access my knowledge and experience. I have arranged these in order, from those that require the least investment to those that require the most.

Search my site

I write articles on project leadership, culture, team building, complexity and high reliability via blog posts on this site. My goal is for this site to become your first stop as a knowledge resource center. As we continuously increase articles, if you have a question or issue you would like me to address in a future blog post, please email me. Also, please check back for a weekly podcast that is currently being developed as another free resource of information.
